Yes, you can store your luggage in the underneath compartment of the bus for the duration of the trip.
Yes.The child (0-3y/o) can travel for free if they are sitting on the parent/guardian’s lap for the tour.
If you wish to have them on a seat, please select the Child fare when booking tickets on the website.
Booster/car seats are not provided but customers may bring their own at their discretion.
Lunch stops are arranged on all of our tours, so there’s no need to bring your own lunch.
There are 2 parking garages located within 5 mins walking distance of our main meeting point (Kinlay Hostel):
- Q-Park Hynes Yard
- Q-Park Eyre Square
Please allow plenty of driving time in the morning as the traffic can be very busy.
75% of our fleet are equipped with bathrooms.
One booking update/change of date with a minimum 24 hours prior to the tour departure can be implemented free of charge depending on availability.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the beginning of the tour no refund is possible.If you cancel more than 24 hours before the beginning of the tour we will refund 100% minus cancellation fee of €5 per person or we can offer 100% refund in the form of a flexible gift card/voucher valid for 12 months.
Unfortunately not. If the person with the disability is able to walk 3 steps on/off the coach, we can accommodate by storing the wheelchair/crutches in the underneath compartment on the bus.
We recommend booking at least 2-3 days at least in advance of the departure date, as we may sell out.
We are not cancelling the tours because of rain. If a tour is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, we will send a message with options available.
Front seats can only be reserved by a person with a disability/mobility issue or an elderly passenger.
Our fleet ranges from the capacity of 39-61 seats.

Please be ready and waiting at the departure point at least 15 mins before pickup, where the driver can see you clearly. Please notify us if you have changed your departure point or are late to spare driver’s time.
